Home Seller Inspection

Sell Your Home With Confidence.
Sell Your Home With Confidence.

A Home Seller's Inspection is initiated by the property owner usually prior to listing the property. It helps you determine what systems and structures of the property need repair. More importantly, it helps you as the seller and your agent to accurately represent the home by disclosing damage to prospective buyers (which further helps to curb lawsuits). Damage discovered as a result of a seller's inspection can either be repaired by the seller (to maintain market value) or used as a negotiating tool by both seller and buyer.

Advantages of a Pre-Listing
The pre-listing home inspection report allows you to set, and stand by a fair price for your home. During a general home inspection, we inspect over 400 items in various categories including:

  • You’ll find out about previously unknown issues with your home and have them corrected in advance or present the items “as is” and reflected in the contract.
  • Reduce time on market by accurately price the home and sell faster.
  • Prevents unexpected issues from delaying or derailing a sale later on.
  • The inspection report highlights positives of the home for added selling points.
  • Encourages buyer to waive inspection contingency.
